Bill Starken serves as Vice President of Finance & Controller at C2P Enterprises, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, and operational cash management. With a career spanning leadership roles in finance and operations — including CFO and co-owner of a fintech SaaS firm — Bill brings a sharp analytical mind and a collaborative spirit to every challenge.

He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from Florida State University. His approach is grounded in clarity, precision, and a deep understanding of how financial systems drive business momentum.

Beyond the spreadsheets, Bill is a devoted husband and father who lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife Aleisha and their son Garrett. He’s an avid golfer, bowler, a passionate Seminoles fan, and a regular on the sidelines of Garrett’s soccer games — always balancing professional excellence with personal connection.
